From three people to a team of sixteen
Skyland Clearing & Forwarding has been clearing cargo on Mahé since 2009. We have grown, but the way we work has stayed the same.
Our story
Skyland started in 2009 with three staff in a small office at the Bodco building. The idea was simple: give importers a clearing agent who answers the phone, explains what is needed and gets goods out of the port without drama.
Word spread. Businesses on Mahé, private clients and visiting yachts started sending their shipments our way, and the team grew with them. Today sixteen people work from our office at Providence Complex, close to New Port and the airport.
We still handle every shipment the way we did at the start: properly prepared documents, straight answers and a team that follows your cargo until it is delivered.
