What documents do you need to start a clearance?
Usually the commercial invoice, the packing list and the bill of lading or air waybill. Some goods also need an import permit or certificate. Send us what you have and we will tell you if anything is missing.
How long does customs clearance take?
It depends on the goods, the permits involved and whether Customs inspects the shipment. The best way to save time is to send us your documents before the cargo arrives so we can prepare the declaration in advance.
